Integration Platform of Power Network Planning and Design

Abstract: In order to realize the efficiency and scientificity of power network planning and design, a unified data center for power network planning and design should be established. Based on the electricity information management system, supervisory control and data acquisition, power production management information system, the data of power grid GIS and the visualization technology of CAD, unified planning platform of State Grid were fused, as well as the existing simulation analysis tools of power network was integrated. The visual and guided integration platform with planning research, engineering feasibility study, technological assessment and economic analysis was developed for power network planning and design, which could realize automatic power grid planning, schedule automatic sorting, preparation and evaluation system of planning and design. It can realize the efficiency and scientificity of power network planning and design, and improve the unified management and utilization efficiency of planning results.
