Abstract:

The structural characteristics of power supply system of steel enterprise were introduced, and the models of speed regulation system and loads in autonomous power plant were established, in which the load models included normal load model and shock load model. For the isolated operation mode, an adaptive frequency stability control strategy was proposed to monitor the operation state and frequency of system real-timely, and take appropriate control measures according to the frequency. Through the study on the primary frequency parameters and secondary frequency control of autonomous power plant, the regulation ability of the isolated network to deal with the shock load and other small perturbations was improved. Through the implementation of a reliable under frequency load shedding (UFLS) control, the emergency of serious decline in the frequency caused by large disturbances could be solved effectively. Simulation results show that the proposed control strategy can ensure the frequency stability of the isolated system.
